The Cleopatra 30, built by Essex Yachts in the 1970’s, has a spacious layout, 5 berths, and is suited for river and coastal work. This boat has twin Ford 4D 80 HP diesel engines, Volvo outdrives, a well-equipped galley including nearly new oven and grill, main saloon with seating and convertible table, heads with toilet and shower, large windows, good storage, and a versatile cockpit area with full canopy. With the canopy down the large cockpit can be used for relaxing in the sun or for fishing, and with the canopy up the cockpit is a large, sheltered area with great visibility. The cockpit inventory includes VHF radio, fish finder and chart plotter.

The boat was out of the water and worked on over winter 2025-2026. Work included outdrives serviced, bellows replaced, upgrades to the 12V system and new timber lining in the cockpit. It has a new Boat Safety Certificate (expires 2030), and a full out of water survey was done in 2021.
